Our global product and technology platform, integrated client service model and network of operational centers enable TS to deliver a consistent set of services to clients no matter where they are across the world.**Role Responsibilities**:- Lead initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems identified by the Wholesale Payments management team in Latin America- Lead and develop solutions in partnership with other market players- Develop trusted advisor relationships with multiple senior stakeholders- Develop strategic business cases under the transformational agenda of the line of business- Gather, synthesize, and creatively analyze data (e.G., financial modeling, valuation analysis) to provide insights, identify issues and arrive at recommendations- Monitor industry trends and shares insightful reports and analyses with broader team and with senior executives- Create and/or contribute to an environment of collaboration and mutual responsibility- Simultaneously work on multiple projects across the entire WP organization- Develop innovative solutions to transform the business model and product offering**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, consulting or business management related roles- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources- Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
