As CIC Team Lead you will lead the daily activities who handle human resources related client service inquiries and issues. You will be the contact for escalated inquiry support and issue resolution, and also responsible for monitoring the daily workflow and activities PPSC country team. You will be reporting to the PPSC Leader.

**Main Responsibilities.**
- Track queues (calls, chats, CIC and DM queues) and ensuring collaboration and participation of all team members.
- Participate in the daily operations of HR team in centralized Shared Services Center.
- Ensure that processing analysis is done.
- Establish metrics and monitor departmental efficiency.
- Effectively communicates with other departments within or external to their functional area for training or knowledge sharing purposes.

**Qualifications**
- HR Shared Services role with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management or relevant field or commensurate work experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience working with solution center technologies (e.g., telephony system, case and knowledge management such as ServiceNow).
- Understanding of Human Resources and other related areas.
