Purpose Statement: Generation of machine specific programs for the site.Key Job Accountabilities:- Responsible for generation of machine programs for the site.- Lead the generation of support data for ABI and test/inspection machine programming.- Lead the maintenance of part definitions.- Manage the program generation schedules.Additional Accountabilities:- Support update of Certified Samples and/or Certified Drawings according to BOM changes as they apply.- Support the creation of certified sample drawings.- Lead the implementation of ECO's.- Lead the design and procurement of stencils.- Support CIM/CAM continuous improvement projects.- Support the creation of SMT Stencils and/or Tooling as needed.- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (5%).- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred.- Three (3) year of related experience is required; Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Knowledge in PCB assembly process, SMT, RoHS assembly, Lean Manufacturing, IPC standards, & Quality Systems required- CAD CAM- Gerber Viewer- ValorWork Environment:- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
