Circuit Design Verification Engineer – Dram Design

Transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all, Micron Technology leads innovation in memory and storage solutions.We're an international team of visionaries and scientists, developing groundbreaking technologies that transform information into intelligence.As a Design Engineer at Micron, you'll craft and analyze digital and analog circuits in memory product development, like row hammer mitigation circuits.You'll collaborate with teams worldwide, supporting Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to design products optimizing manufacturing functions.Our team vision is to develop skills in an inclusive environment, enabling a creative career path with groundbreaking technology and rapid growth.We're looking for a motivated teammate to grow in technical breadth and depth, with a willingness to learn and be a valued team member.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to new product opportunities by assisting with design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.Perform parasitic modeling, behavior modeling, and design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.Oversee layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing.Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.Contribute to cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group success.Qualifications:BSEE or greater, 1+ years of related experience preferred.Productive time usage, effective work, and ability to convey ideas verbally or in writing.Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc).What Sets You Apart:Familiarity with Memory design and digital design.RTL design/verification experience preferred, familiarity with STA.Innovative approach open to improving processes or products.Self-motivated, hard-working team player with diverse abilities and backgrounds.Micron is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, with a focus on customers, technology leadership, and manufacturing excellence.
