Cisco Network Administrator

Responsibilities- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.- Maintain and configure network security policies and procedures.- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,- patches, hot-fixes, and security configurations.- Develop and document common tasks to share expertise, streamline procedures, andenable automation opportunities.Inquiries and concerns.Troubleshooting techniques.Support tier.Business hours.Day to Day Activitiesawareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in meetings, addressing their- Resolve network incidents of low to medium complexity, employing efficient- Identify issues requiring higher-level expertise and escalate them to the appropriate- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical assistance during non-prime- Stay up to date on the latest Cisco technologies and best practices.- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure- Perform Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes as required- Updating knowledge base articles- Creating and modifying reports and dashboards- Handling service requests and improvement requests- Collaborating with Client Success Managers on report**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 monthsPay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
