The Mexico Well-being Program Manager role will be situated under the Global Medical and Well-being team, reporting to the Global Well-being Design and Strategy Lead based in the US. This position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Citi's health and well-being programs for Citi Mexico and supporting well-being programs across the Latin America clusters. This role ensures that all local Mexico well-being programs are well communicated, accessible, and effectively administered, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:Assists in developing and executing the firm's health and well-being strategyLiaise with third parties that support Citi Mexico's well-being programsManage third party relationships that support Citi Mexico's well-being programs using Citi's third party management systems including all on-going monitoring requirements such as, Information Security requirements, Third Party Information Security Assessments (TPISA), Application Vulnerability Assessment (VA), and Cross Border Data Compliance (CBDC)Execution and management of Citi's participation in Juegos Bancarios in Mexico CityExecute Citi Mexico's well-being programs, for example well-being newsletter, health education programs and webinars, and supporting local wellness activitiesSupport as needed well-being programs that support the health risks and interests across Citi's Latin America clustersAct as a subject matter expert in health and well-being to Citi business partnersCollaborate and partner with colleagues across Citi in functions that support well-being such as Benefits, Diversity, Talent, and Learning and DevelopmentAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal5-8 Years relevant experienceProficient in Microsoft Office platformsFamiliarity with managing vendors and understanding third party management requirementsAbility to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple prioritiesAbility to collaborate effectively and work with others across various job functions and teamsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in a benefits, HR, health promotion, or well-being related degreeJob Family Group: Human Resources
