Solutions Salesperson in Mexico - AVP | C12Citigroup Inc.MXN 400,000 - 600,000The Solutions Salesperson AVP will be primarily responsible for the coverage of Mexico's CCB clients in the desk. This encompasses originating and marketing the suite of risk management and financing solutions that Citi offers to clients. The Salesperson will primarily be responsible for producing and originating structured episodic transactions for CCB clients, coordinating and executing jointly with structurers and product specialists, and partnering with other businesses and functions such as banking, CMO, legal, compliance, market, credit risk, audit, and finance. In this role, the salesperson needs to have the ability to translate vision into executable deals with excellent interpersonal skills and superior problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate should have proven success working in sales with some client experience in executing strategic solution business.He/She will report to the CCB/GSG cluster Sales Head in Mexico.Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)Leading and implementing Country Specific business strategy:Coverage of the CCB client franchise in Mexico: Executing an ambitious strategy to grow our episodic business among FX, LM Rates, and Credit business with CCB Client.Check Indicative Pricing, XVA, Credit, Documentation, Onboarding, prepare pitches for clients/strategies.Execute (price, tie with trading, book, etc).Partner with other key ICG businesses and Functions such as Banking, CMO, and the CCO network.Leading strong governance and controls:Works in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, and Finance - to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.Builds a culture of responsible finance and high ethical standards.Become the go-to contact for countries for pricing inquiries, general questions, etc.Experience, skills and capabilities:In-depth experience of Markets products, clients, and business dynamics to originate and execute solutions business.DPaddins expert in pricing for plain vanilla Interest Rate, Cross Currency Swaps, and Option Structures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Credibility and gravitas to lead, motivate, and influence a diverse population.Superior problem-solving skills.Qualifications:English fluency is required.Travel:Yes, within Mexican territory.Location:Job Family Group: Institutional SalesJob Family: Corporate SalesTime Type: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
