Construction Manager monitors and refines all Civil & Architectural part of an industrial project. Defining long-range and short-term plans to ensure success of the construction project on the Civil/Structural. Construction Manager directs and coordinates day-to-day activities with direct responsibility on the Civil & Architectural part in the field, manages and coordinates flow of information, control costs, manages and controls schedule, implements and monitors safety programs, and verifies that completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents, as per all Civil & Structural specifications.This position is located at our client's project site in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. This is an IMMEDIATE need with active interviews currently taking place. Constructive Expertise It's in our DNAHow will you contribute to the team?To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Manage and/or coordinate company personnel and resources for the project(s)Assist with preconstruction efforts.Manage all aspects of project from inception.Prepare and execute project executive planning for all client's teams.Review trade contracts and bid packages, and oversee procurement processOversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers and consultants and the GC team.Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications and company standards.Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with GC and Consultant team
