Construction Manager monitors and refines all Civil & Architectural parts of an industrial project. Defining long-range and short-term plans to ensure the success of the construction project on the Civil/Structural. In 2016, Faithful+Gould formally opened a location in Mexico in order to expand our operations, capabilities and position as a world-leading project and program management consultancy throughout the region.How will you contribute to the team?To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Manage and/or coordinate company personnel and resources for the project(s)Assist with preconstruction efforts.Manage all aspects of the project from inception.Prepare and execute project executive planning for all client's teams.Review trade contracts and bid packages, and oversee procurement processes.Oversee performance of the project including, project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers and consultants and the GC team.Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications and company standards.Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with GC and Consultant team.Set up QAQC procedures and conduct quality inspections.Demonstrate commitment to an injury-free environment through own actions, mentoring others, and enforcing IFE program on projects.What will you contribute?University Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
