The Construction Manager monitors and refines all Civil & Architectural aspects of an industrial project. This includes defining long-range and short-term plans to ensure the success of the construction project. The Construction Manager directs and coordinates day-to-day activities with direct responsibility for the Civil & Architectural aspects in the field, manages and coordinates the flow of information, controls costs, manages schedules, implements and monitors safety programs, and verifies that completed work meets the quality level consistent with the construction documents and specifications.This position is located at our client's project site in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. This is an IMMEDIATE need with active interviews currently taking place. Established in 1947 in England, we opened our first USA office in 1992 and formally opened a location in Mexico in 2016 to expand our operations, capabilities, and position as a world-leading project and program management consultancy throughout the region.How will you contribute to the team?To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Manage and/or coordinate company personnel and resources for the project(s).Assist with preconstruction efforts.Manage all aspects of the project from inception.Prepare and execute project executive planning for all client's teams.Review trade contracts and bid packages, and oversee the procurement process.Oversee performance of the project including status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team.Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications and company standards.Develop and maintain a site logistics plan, in coordination with the GC and Consultant team.Set up QAQC procedures and conduct quality inspections
