Civil Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:- Track project progress and compare it to the project plan to ensure timely execution.- Participate in reviewing construction drawings, providing optimization suggestions based on cost, quality, and local project characteristics.- Review technical construction plans submitted by contractors and oversee construction activities, addressing technical issues as they arise.- Inspect and verify the quality of each phase according to drawings, standards, and specifications.- Identify and address on-site safety risks to ensure construction and personnel safety.- Coordinate and manage on-site construction units and stakeholders.- Conduct engineering acceptance procedures and organize related data for project sign-off.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.- At least 3 years of field experience in construction.- Strong knowledge of national laws, construction industry standards, and safety regulations.- Ability to prepare construction plans and address quality and safety issues on-site.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.- Hard-working, with the ability to work in a construction site environment and travel as needed.- Proficient in Spanish and competent in English.Pay: From $37,916.00 per monthWork Location: In person
