Our rapid growth, reputation and strong position in the energy market offer dynamic career opportunities for individuals seeking an exciting work environment in America's fastest growing sector.What You Will DoSupport the development of site development and stabilization plans.Writing scopes of work and works specifications for Geotech related surveys.Support the development of structural steel supports, foundation systems, general arrangement diagrams, drainage plans and detail drawings.Participate in the design of all the equipment foundation pads to support inverters, transformers, sectionalizing cabinets, and other electrical equipment.Review project Geotechnical Engineering reports and related surveys.Ensure site specific loading of all proposed solar sites are designed against AHJ local ordinance and ASCE loading requirements.Provide RFI construction support to all solar projects in parallel and managing consultants.Work with Procurement to generate equipment technical specifications and material requisitions to ensure equipment meets prime contracts requirements & engineering standards.Develop Structural Engineering scopes of work based on the conditions specific to each state or AHJ standards.Participate in contractual exhibit reviews.Coordinate post mapping deliverables with outside consultants for all projects for post installation.Assist with developing procedures, processes and standards related to Structural Engineering.Oversee engineering activities and deliverables during varying stages of design and construction on multiple sites across the country simultaneously.Participate in discipline cross-checks.The Experience You Will BringRequirements:Bachelor or higher degree in civil engineering or equivalent with professional registration (Cedula Profesional - SEP) in Mexico.Specialization in geotechnics.6 + years of experience designing for infrastructure projects.Proficiency in structural design experience for infrastructure projects, including static and dynamic design.Competent use of civil design software including AutoCAD, Civil3D or similar, etc.Knowledge of engineering principles for analysis and design.Familiarized with international codes such as ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.Ability to travel to US during short periods (Valid passport and visa).Valid driving license.Fluent in English oral and written communication.What Will Put You AheadStrong experience participating in electrical power systems or solar projects
