The program is designed to provide a career path to move our best, brightest, and most driven candidates from an entry-level position into a solid, well-established career.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree.Experience in job positions providing Customer Service to internal/external customers.Auto claims experience is not required; however, insurance-related work experience is required.If you're a current employee in GGA Solutions, at least 6 months as an Insurance Service Agent is required, plus availability to work on site.Language Skills:Proficient English is required.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
