Join us for a US Insurance Claims Trainee program.
We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a Supervisor of a group of talented, productive Auto Claims Adjusters.
REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.Demonstrated effective leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently at a location removed from immediate supervision.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: An Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent and/or 15 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.Previous supervisory experience.Auto claims experience is not required; however, similar work experience is required.Language Skills: Proficient English is required.Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
