We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a Supervisor of a group of talented, productive Auto Claims Adjusters.RequirementsDemonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.Demonstrated effective leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently at a location removed from immediate supervision.Education & ExperienceAn Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent and/or 15 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.Previous supervisory experience.Auto claims experience is not required; however, similar work experience is required.Language SkillsProficient English is required.Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data.
