Job Summary:The Associate III independently operates high speed/large capacity automated equipment and completes a wide range of mail center functions and provides training and expertise to other employees.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for indexing incoming claims documents from various methods of receipt.- Responsible for associating the correct document type and exposure associated for proper routing to the claim rep- Responsible for recognizing documents for other departments and routing appropriately.- Verifies document quality; quality checks include machine set-up, tap, test, print, and indicia verification- Creates contingency plans and develops alternative solutions- May manage data reports and process documents across departments- Is responsible for all set-up processes and maintaining supply levels; identifies problems viatroubleshooting and corrects problem or seeks assistance, as needed- Performs and/or assists in converting machines for processing set-up, to include flat-to-fold or fold-to-flat, and paper size changes, as dictated by jobSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience- High school diploma- 3 or more years of related experienceCertificates, Licenses, Registrations- NoneFunctional Skills- Can establish standards, procedures, and benchmarks to minimize potential problems within functional area- Possesses mastery of personal computing to include use of advanced commands; aware of the various expansion boards, monitors, graphics devices, emulator boards, modems, and printers availableIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
