Job Summary:Experienced position in Claim Department support, with responsibility in supporting the various functions of Claims support including but not limited to coding and processing payments, total loss back-end processing, and various other support tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs.- Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards.- Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties- Performs bulk payment entry- Handles processing voids- Performs IRS data entry (W9s)- Assigns demands from Arb Forums esubro hubSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience- High School diploma or equivalent- Training gained through on the job experience, vocational training and/or job-related college coursesCertificates, Licenses, Registrations- NoneFunctional Skills- Claims knowledge- Ability to successfully work in a high volume, fast paced, changing environment- Data entry in EPIC- Moderate Excel skills- Effective communication skills with the ability to work with other departments- Ability to navigate Copart (salvage) website- Ability to navigate Accounting suite - lockboxIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
