This role oversees IRS-related duties, financial entries, EPIC security, transcriptions, claim file recoveries and other support functions for the entire Claims Department.**Key Responsibilities**:- Performs special projects as assigned- Supervises a staff of 8 to 15 employees- Creates objectives and metrics for the business coding staff- Manages budgeting for the department- Provides coaching and conducts performance reviews- Cross-trains employees- Performs auditing functions and processes- Integrates processes with acquisitions**Education**:- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**:- 0-2 years experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job has supervisory duties.**Functional Skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments- Strong understanding of the processes, the Claims Department and other departments within the company- Advanced Claims knowledge- Ability to successfully work in a high volume, fast paced, changing environment- Excellent analytical skills- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)- Ability to make independent decisions- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charting, etc.**Compensation**Compensation offered for this role is $0 - 1,200,000 per day and is based on experience and qualifications.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
