GGA Claims Solutions is seeking a Claims Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Claim's organization. GGA Claims Solutions is a growing Third-Party Claims Administrator specializing in bilingual claims adjusting services. Our office is located in Puebla, MX and the position will be working remotely, except for travel to our office.The Claims Manager is responsible for overall management of our bilingual desk Adjuster teams. Responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring we are meeting and exceeding client KPI expectations. Manages and optimizes operational metrics along with ensuring file quality and customer service. The manager will also be responsible for budgeting and expense control. This position maintains a high degree of autonomous responsibility and personnel management. Strong leadership skills including strategic vision, planning and execution are paramount for successful results.TECHNICAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.Demonstrated effective leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently at a location removed from immediate supervision.Solid knowledge of property casualty insurance/claim industry and regulatory environment.Demonstrated ability to handle complex losses in situations that require tact, diplomacy, and persuasion under changing conditions.Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years US auto claims experience.Previous insurance claims supervisory experience.Spanish speaking is not required, but is beneficial.Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.Obtain state specific property casualty claims licensing as required.Travel required to our Puebla, MX office – Approximately 1 week per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
