**ENSENADA**We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter with experience in structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) modeling and drafting.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and documentation of our factory-built housing projects while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, including the InternationalBuilding Code (IBC).Responsibilities:Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit, incorporating both structural and MEP elements.Prepare and refine architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and production teams to resolve design issues and optimize layouts for factory-built construction.Incorporate client feedback into designs while maintaining compliance with IBC and other relevant regulations.Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate with external consultants to integrate and verify all design components.Maintain organized project files and document revisions.Qualifications:Required:Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural and MEP drafting and modeling.Experience producing construction documents for housing or modular projects.Knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) and its application in residential or commercial projects.Familiarity with drafting standards, construction detailing, and factory-built housing processes.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documentation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Must be able to write and communicate in English.All our building plans are for the U.S. market.Preferred:Experience with modular, prefab, or factory-built construction projects.Familiarity with other codes and standards (e.G., IRC, ADA compliance, or California-specific codes).Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
