- 1. Perfil de Personal
- Experiência en manejo de base de datos. Preferentemente en fórmulas de Excel avanzado, macros.
- Habilidad Analítica. Deberán ser capaces de analizar datos para identificar errores y hacer las correcciones correspondientes.
- Conocimiento Básico en Aduanas
- Experiência: No necesaria
- 2. Objetivo
El Proyecto consiste en:
- Validar, analizar y emitir información Aduanal para la reconstrucción/implementación de nuevo sistema de Aduanas llamado I-Xport
- Validar y emitir documentos aduanales según corresponda para rectificar, regularizar Maquinaria y Equipo.
- 3. Distribucion de personal
- Torreon= 4 personas
- Merida= 2 personas
- 4. Tiempo de proyecto
- 7 meses si el personal cuenta con Conocimiento Básico en Aduanas
- 8 meses si el personal NO cuenta con Conocimiento Básico en Aduanas
- Se deberá considerar la curva de aprendizaje para que el personal contratado sin conocimiento en aduanas aprenda y domine los conceptos de Aduanas.
- 5. Equipo a utilizar y espacio asignado
- Laptops
- Monitor/teclado/mouse
- Scanner/copiadora/impresora para uso de proyecto en División Mérida
- Asignación de espacio para ubicación de personal
