Clerk Accountant Payable Assistant

JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:The Clerk Accountant Payable Assistant is responsible for the on time the registration accounts Payable for all the invoices comes of the manufacturing supplier's. The person in this position will support the Supervisor Account Payable with preparation and analysis of reports for the month end process, yearend closure and Forecasts preparation, analysis and tracking.- Print daily invoices from suppliers- Tracking & follow up all the issues in invoicing.- Preparation reports every week for all the issues in the Purchasing department- Preparation all the support(invoices) for the weekly check run- Elaboration file (CVS) to upload in the bank- Preliminary & Final month elaboration of File Out of sage /Intransit Inv AP.- Support in the month end and year end processes.- Assist to the Supervisor AP with analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in the process of internal controls (SOX)QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications: (education, experience level, knowledge, skills, designations/certifications).- College degree in Accounting/Finance.- Experience working with Contapq, SAGE- Intermediate/Advanced user of Office, especially Excel- Bilingual 75% or moreCOMPETENCIES:Demonstrating Ethics and IntegrityEstablishing Effective TeamworkBuilding and Maintaining RelationshipsCommunicating EffectivelyAnalysis, Solving ProblemsDrive and Sense of Urgency
