Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.**COMPANY****JOB SUMMARY**Provide assistance to operations departments and on special projects.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Under Limited Supervision and in accordance with federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate guidelines and procedures, this position:- Prepares Change Authorization Forms (CAFs) to change engineering documentation.- Enter information as required by the engineers.- Follow all safety policies and other precautions within the company work area- Comply with security policies and procedures.- Ensures compliance with the responsibilities of the Environmental Management System (EMS).- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed here may be assigned.- Assist engineers in conducting studies.- Follow EES and J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Scheduling, Training and Education, Document Retention Notifications, Records Cleanup, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party provider if apply.- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management- For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.- Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures- Performs other assigned duties as needed.**Qualifications**:**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**- High School or Equivalent Technical Career.- Proficient in English language (preferred)- Kaizen Certification (preferred)- Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities of the position- 6 to 8 years of experience related to the position.- 25% to 50% of the Professional Career completed (preferred)- Bilingual: English / Spanish- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) / ISO- Management of PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Knowledge of EES information systems preferred
