Cartier is hiring a Client Animations Coordinator for México HQ.
**MAIN **PURPOSE**Become a key element in the Client's team by executing, supervising and reporting on creative animations that serve as a treat to Cartier's clients and attract new targets to our boutiques.
This position will be reporting in dotted line to the CRM Assistant Manager.
**KEY** RESPONSIBILITIES**:**1.
Animations**:- Establishment and management of the animations calendar according to guidelines received from CRM and Marketing team.- Support Manager in devising brief and concept for each animation.- Coordinate every aspect for the successful execution of CRM animations such as Mother's Day, product launches, End of Year, and Noches Palacio.- Follow up with the retail teams on the needs of each animation, client selection, appointment schedule and animation results.- Respond to image requests from CVE team- Coordinate grooms and staff for animations- Support PR team in events involving clients- Design creative and qualitative options of client treatment- Research and communicate to the department about related elements of the market and competition via a benchmark report- Post-animation reports for Cartier International- Support Retail Partners team in the development of concept for POS animations- Supervise Internal and external attendance to events and activations- Local Gifting Programs: Guide Boutique Staff on treatment actions with Clients with list of suppliers and ideas.- Provide experiences and events targets per boutique, per month, in terms of sales, for the whole fiscal year.- Provide animations results: % attendance, %purchase and ROI**2.
