This position will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls such as monthly check-ins, updates, questions, etc. to all current clients.The Client Care Coordinator will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their case with DYADlaw, P.C. This position is crucial for maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication and care progression, where being a compassionate advocate for immigration and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is the goal.**Compensation**:$21,000 MXN monthly**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing an established number of customer relationships from case initiation to resolution.- Coordinate with other team members to ensure tasks and milestones are achieved timely.- Set and manage realistic client expectations, providing clear and empathetic guidance throughout the duration of their case.- Address and resolve any client issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the firm's reputation for exceptional customer service.- Maintain availability in the Customer Service Incoming Call Queues.
