The Client Care Coordinator is highly motivated, organized, and compassionate.
The position is the main point of contact for clients after the case has been established and will work to ensure that clients' immigration cases progress smoothly by providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
The Client Care Coordinator will be key in maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their immigration journey.
**Compensation**:
$21,000 month MXN to start
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships from case initiation to resolution.
- Set and manage realistic client expectations by clearly explaining case timelines and next steps.
- Collaborate with the legal and administrative teams to ensure that case milestones are achieved on time.
- Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellent service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the case management system.
- Stay available in the Customer Service Incoming Call Queues, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and experience working with case management systems or CRM tools.
- Strong ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, address, and resolve client issues efficiently and with professionalism.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple cases and client communications at once.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client records and legal documents.
- Ability to provide emotional support to clients who may be facing stressful legal situations, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
- Cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, with the ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the legal team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient case process.
