**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace apps (e.g., Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, MS Office, MS Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of using and scheduling on Google Calendar.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Solid organizational skills and Trello experience are a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Logistics Management:
- Coordinate the efficient and effective flow of coaching services provided to clients.
- Strong attention to detail in tending to clients' needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
- Collaboration:
- Work harmoniously with individuals inside and outside of Cardinal Education.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on shared tasks or goals.
- Standardized Reporting:
- Maintain knowledge of the status of assignments in the Connect division.
- Submit reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.
- Note Taking:
- Attend meetings alongside the CEO and other consultants.
- Document communications for dissemination to other departments.
- Utilize analytical skills in the high-paced nature of the Connect team.
- Proctoring:
- Administer proctoring sessions for American students during weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Prepare testing materials and monitor students during tests.
- Communicate with headquarters staff on call when issues arise during exams.
- Sales:
- Classify leads and categorize them based on quality and priority.
- Keep prospective clients engaged through effective and efficient monitoring and tracking of leads in the pipeline.
