The Immigration Case Interviewer is focused on supporting individuals through the immigration application process.
This critical role involves conducting in-depth interviews, collecting detailed narratives, and collaborating closely with our writing team to prepare compelling personal statements and declarations.
Ideal candidates will bring a blend of investigative skills, empathy, and exceptional communication abilities to help our clients navigate their journeys with confidence and dignity.
Compensation: $21,000 MXN monthly Responsibilities: Perform thorough video and phone interviews with clients to gather essential information supporting their immigration applications.
Accurately document all collected data in our electronic case management system and utilize various online platforms for efficient case processing.
Direct clients on the subsequent steps in their application process, ensuring they understand their journey and feel supported throughout.
Work closely with our team to verify facts and ensure all documentation meets the necessary legal standards and accurately represents the client's story.
Actively contribute to meetings, offering insights and updates on client intakes and progress.
Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications: Full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, SON., MEX .
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex narratives clearly and persuasively.
Experience in writing, interviewing, or similar fields is required, with samples of work (published or unpublished) preferred.
A background in counseling or psychology is highly valued, particularly skills in empathetic communication and understanding diverse client backgrounds.
Experience or skills in journalism, investigative reporting, or a similar field are a plus, with the ability to critically evaluate information and construct factual, coherent narratives.
Familiarity with case management software, and databases, and proficiency in standard office software is essential.
Strong empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent critical reading and thinking skills, capable of analyzing documents and statements to identify key information and inconsistencies.
A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to embrace challenges and learn from feedback.
