Client Management

Objetctive:
Assisting a Wholesale ISB clients' portfolio on their daily queries regarding GPS solutions.
The role is responsible for:

- Assisting a CMB clients' portfolio in their day to day GPS operations
- Identifying cross-sales opportunities according to customers' needs
- Performing regular Client Service Reviews as a standard key driver
- Maintaining and/or exceeding customers' level of satisfaction, resulting in an increase of GPS business
- Providing different types of solutions to customers' operational queries
- Being a point of contact and trusted adviser over GPS products and services portfolio
- Being perceived as Best In Class service providing an efficient, transparent and client-focused experience in line with the expectations GPS sets

Requirements

Calificaciones - Externas
- Experience in Client Service - Desired
- English as a second language - Advanced level
- Internal systems knowledge: Hogan, Leap, Connect - Desired
- High level of responsibility, organization and proactivity
- Effective communication
