As part of our development, we are looking for a committed, proactive and dedicated individual to join our customer relations team who shares our same passion: helping create a more sustainable future with corporate transportation services.**REQUIREMENTS**- **Open to travel**_- Project management experience.- Experience in customer service.- Experience in transport companies.- English professional level.- Advanced Excel handling.**KEY ACTIVITIES**- Define and create a schedule and implementation plans for new operations.- Validate the scopes with all the parties interested in the implementation (customers, service users, internal team and suppliers).- Coordination of alignment meetings with the client before the start of the operation.- Train the provider, drivers and users on the use of BSUP technological platforms.- Platform management to help during the implementation process. (Inclusion of employees, route monitoring, operation monitoring, etc )- Customer support (users and human resources managers) during the implementation process.- Customer service - daily contact with the customer and designated responsible personnel.- Management and distribution of customer requests to the responsible departments.- Understand the requests of human resources and employees and make the necessary recommendations to clients and the BUSUP team.- Meetings and face-to-face or virtual visits, to strengthen the relationship with customers and suppliers.- Comply with all procedures and protocols requested and contracted by the client.- Build a positive relationship with customers**SKILLS AND VALUES**- Strong interpersonal communication skills.- Problem solving capacity.- Ability to multitask in a practical, organized and collaborative way.- Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines.- Analytical sense and systemic vision- Alignment with the values and purpose of BUSUP.- Commitment and dedication.- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.- Focus oriented to customer satisfaction.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $17,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
