They facilitate internal and external communications, assign tasks for efficient content delivery, and support with creating guides and standard operating procedures to improve organizational efficiency. We value open communication, team chemistry, and challenges that are stimulating.**Rate paid in USD: $ 11.70 per hour.****Responsibilities**:- Oversee marketing content deliverables and implement quality assurance reviews.- Supports Account Management team in the client journey and project lifecycle with scheduling and basic invoicing requests.- Resolves client and team issues & escalations.- Company website chatbot support.- Participates in lead generation.- Facilitate client onboarding process by creating external resources and guides.- Manage and provide consultation for print and design assets.- Analyzes feedback data and identifies customer service trends.- Identify system improvements and create internal documentation such as standard operating procedures and quick reference guides.- Pilot news of tware and support in providing guidelines for implementation.- Support in training new team members and creating training documents.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of experience in Business Administration, Operations, or related discipline.- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.- Provenan alytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong writing abilities, technical skills, and design acumen.- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Ability to work well in a high-paced environment.- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection.- Aptitude for systems adoption with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.- Proficient with Google Workspace and word processing software.- Experience with photography, Adobe Creative Suite.
