Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Client Partner. This role involves formulating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to develop new accounts and expand existing relationships, significantly contributing to the company's market growth. The applicant must possess a strong background in North American sales and will be expected to enhance customer interactions, manage strategic account planning, and drive revenue growth. Develop new accounts and expand existing ones in North America, targeting main corporations, unicorns, and mid-sized digital companies.
Provide market information, sales strategies, account planning, and relationship development.
Manage strategic partners, onboard new clients, coordinate trade shows, and prepare sales reports and presentations.
Enhance customer experience and provide quality customer service with the account team.
Maintain up-to-date records and activities in CRM (Hubspot), Jira, Atlassian, Drive, etc.
Functions:
Business Development (75%): Execute channel vision, strategies, and initiatives to support the achievement of all assigned targets through profitable and sustainable revenue growth. Ultimately responsible for delivering on a set sales plan and development of a strong and healthy pipeline for future business.
Account Focus (20%): Develop a consistent account management practice leading the account governance teams. Continuously work to enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvements in service and satisfaction levels and dealing with customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Leadership (5%): Demonstrate leadership by example, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team achievement and recognition of successes across different areas and teams.
Specific technical requirements:
3+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the IT Professional Services industry.
Ability to work with and inspire high-performing teams, supporting strategic direction, and executing sales plans.
Strong multitasking, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with data analytics.
Experience in Software Development, Digital consultancy and Product Design sales, and managing complex projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or 5 years of related experience and education in lieu of a degree
English advanced level
