Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager will facilitate all aspects of client communications of a fast-growing property management and full-service real estate brokerage company in Atlanta, GA.
The Client Relations Director will support the Property Manager to communicate the status of collecting payments, connecting utilities, and filing evictions with clients as well as answering any questions from the clients.
We believe that communication is the most important aspect of property management.
Whether we are listing a property for rent, collecting rent, or corresponding with owners, the Client Relations Manager will be the lead communicator and voice of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to answer regular questions
- Act as the first point of contact for all client communications to the company

- Property management experience
- Clear written and verbal communicator

- Able to work 8:30am - 5pm EST
