.We are seeking a talented individual to join our M&A Advisory Services Business at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based preferably in Mexico City. The position will report to our Global US & Canada M&A Advisory Business Leader.We will count on you to:Accelerate the growth of Mercer's core offerings by winning broad, pre-close M&A engagements and successfully staying engaged through close to BAU.Leverage own network as well as Mercer relationships to establish Mercer's M&A brand and capabilities with large clients/corporations/private equity that are pursuing or already conducting transactions.Connect with core buyers/buyer influencers (CEO, CFO, COO, Corp Dev, CHRO, Deal Teams, Operating Partners) in these transactions, engaging with individuals to understand their growth agenda/strategy (organic and inorganic) and ability to map those strategies to Mercer and broader MMC capabilities/solutions/services.Participate in delivery of engagements by providing strategic advice to senior key contacts as well as internally coordinating the provision of services by Mercer or other MMC companies within the transactions.Work collaboratively with key Mercer partners specifically geography leaders, client managers and line of business leaders to ensure execution of our hybrid go to market and delivery model.Ensure a medium-term handover of the client relationship for permanent support by appropriate non-M&A team colleagues.Support in expanding Mercer's image in the market through the creation of articles, case studies, and marketing topics, as well as giving public presentations.Support in expanding M&A knowledge and skills within Mercer.Participate in internal knowledge exchange and professional development programs within the M&A team as well as drive overall development of the M&A team.Implement various Mercer group-wide processes.Support in winning contracts through proposal creation.What you need to have:Completed university degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, or a comparable field of study. Additional qualifications are advantageous.Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in M&A and Human Capital with some consulting experience as well.Strong communication and consulting skills
