We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Selection and Exit Management.
**Role purpose**:
To assist the Head of Client Selection and Exit Management (CSEM) to manage, improve, maintain and ensure the efficient decisioning and execution of the decisions around client exits.
**Principal accountabilities**:
- Validation of Triggers, which requires close liaison with the Trigger submitters, who may be from a variety of sources (e.g. Relationship Managers, Business Banking Analysts, Financial Crime Compliance, etc)
- Assisting in providing governance and oversight across all stages of the exit management process and continuously seeking to improve the process
- Ensuring exit process is timely, orderly and structured such that the bank is safeguarded against potential reputational, operational, regulatory or legal risk.
- Assisting in preparing timely and accurate Management Information and validating Management Information
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economic-Administrative or Finance area.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge on Financial Crime Risk and Financial services products (Global Markets, Payment Solutions, Securities Services, Trade and Lending).
- Understanding of the commercial considerations of business relationships combined with the ability to manage risk effectively and thoroughly in those client relationships
**Experience**
- Experience on financial services managing financial crime risk and commercial client relationships at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing client relationships and/ or client risk and/ or Anti Money Laundry / Know Your Customer type roles at least 3 years.
