**Position Overview**We are currently seeking an Analytics Client Service Intern to join our Client Coverage organization in Monterrey.**Scope of Responsibility**- Answer detailed client inquiries about MSCI products and methodology- Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients- Analyze market performance and data for our clients on a reactive and a pro-active basis- Maintain relationships by ensuring relevant product and model information is shared with clients- Provide client feedback to the Coverage, Product Management, Research, and Production groups- Act as point of contact for routine inquiries and data requests- Keep up with current events and trends in the marketplace**Specific Knowledge/Skills**- Excellent communication skills in English- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with good logical aptitude- Ability to effectively work with diverse cultures in a global team; sensitivity and appreciation for diverse cultural norms/styles- Highly motivated, dynamic, quick learner, hardworking and eager to succeed- Attention to detail is critical- Independent worker as well as good team player with a strong sense of ownership**Desired Experience**- Availability to work for 40 hours per week (a must)- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics preferably in 7th or 8th semester**Desired Qualifications****About MSCI and our teams**MSCI is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community.
