Come join our team at MAHLE! #StrongerTogether- The Client Service specialist is responsible to operate and continuously improve the global client service landscape. This includes the complete hardware, software lifecycle on Clients (Windows 10, 11, MacOS, Linux, WorkSpace One Infrastructure, app and software deployment, Mobile Device Management (IOS, Android) and Printer management.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Responsible for the planning, installation, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the Workspace ONE infrastructure as well as their continuous improvement (UAGs, Cloudservices).- Perform customizations within the stated environment and its continuous performance.- Fix and resolve complex technical issues.- Ensuring the continuous and highly available operation.- Support other IT departments in regards of adjacent processes such as accessing the service.- Create changes including requirements, analyses and specifications and take over their implementation and monitoring.- Participation in projects to adapt the systems to the strategic development of the company.- Create and maintain technical documentation.- Define service measures to control (KPIs) and fulfill Service Level Agreements and react in case of non-compliant performance.Your Skills & Strengths:- 1-5 years of experience in one of the market leading MDM solutions, preferably WorkspaceONE:- o On prem Services, (Cloud Connector, UAGs, Content Management).- Intelligence (Create Automations, Reports).- Managing Windows 10, 11 Devices (Applications, Profiles, Baselines).- Windows Updates f.
