.DNV Business Assurance Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist who will support clients in achieving their certification goals. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project after contract signature, including scheduling and audit delivery, certificate issuance, and invoicing.As the primary point of contact, the Client Service Specialist will ensure all client requests are responded to quickly and concisely. The Client Service Specialist will ensure audits are scheduled within the appropriate timeframes and certificates are issued on-time.
