This role requires a proactive and responsive approach to client communication, managing all aspects of property management interactions with diligence and professionalism. The Specialist will handle everything from onboarding new clients and managing financial reviews to facilitating owner approvals and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the GC Realty experience.
