Role Overview: The Property Manager at GC Realty & Development is a key client-facing role responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for property owners. This role requires a proactive and responsive approach to client communication, managing all aspects of property management interactions with diligence and professionalism. The Specialist will handle everything from onboarding new clients and managing financial reviews to facilitating owner approvals and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the GC Realty experience. An industry leader on your future resume Your Background: Experience working directly with property management clients (not an assistant of someone that has been doing it) in a role where you had to make hundreds of decisions a day yourself is a MUST have. Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations around housing Experience and competency around financial data related to property management. Experience and ability to have tough conversations with clients. Exceptional English skills! You speak fluently with a neutral accent Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Management Strong understanding of how Residential Maintenance works in the US, understands and has experience with evaluating work orders for accuracy, processes such as routine inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and coordination with contractors A proactive, but calm under pressure, can-do attitude and top-notch understanding of the details.
