As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a team of 4+ account managers to deliver results against set goalsBuild scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions teamCreate and own playbooks to drive further growth for key advertisersTake the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomyManage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers of all sizesCoordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams etc
