Client Strategist - Remote

**Frontier is a venture-backed startup based in San Francisco, with a fully distributed team across the world.****About Our Client**:A startup backed by Y Combinator and leading VCs in Silicon Valley. We help restaurants and stores hire team members up to management roles using Instagram-story like video clips. Their clients include Applebee's, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Grocery Outlet, and more. We're looking to grow our team of business consultants, responsible for managing our customer relationships.**Responsibilities**:- Onboard new clients and work with them to develop goals- Educate clients on the Landed Employer product and process and coach them through their recruiting efforts- Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations- Interface with the customer-facing team to guide product decisions and priorities based on client feedback- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic projects in operations, sales, marketing, hiring and customer experience- Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale- Develop a strong rapport and trust with our customers**Requirements**:- Have a bachelor's degree- Have 1+ years of customer-facing experience- Have excellent communication and organization skills- Have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously- Have high EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers- Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment- Are analytical and want to dive deep into the data and process- Are thorough and drive projects to completion**Target Location**:- Anywhere is LATAM: Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaraqua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela**Salary**:- It was not provided because it differs for each location**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- customer-facing: 1 year (required)
