You will serve as a secondary lead on accounts along with the Account Manager (AM) or Supervisor.
You will help support key aspects of client success through content/creative services, project management, and customer service.
You are responsible for helping the team stay on track when it comes to delivering quality work on time and hitting KPIs.
You must be comfortable working with other team members in order to ensure client satisfaction and growth.- This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls
