Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support our onboarding process and strengthen customer relationships through oversight of our support team.Responsibilities:Conduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and confirm system functionalityAddress product-related queries promptlyTrain customers to effectively use our productsCommunicate customer feedback to developers to identify potential new features or productsReport on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costsAnalyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional featuresCollaborate with the leadership team to win new business and increase salesEstablish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementationsTrack clients monthly KPI scores to ensure continuous improvementConduct Quarterly Business ReviewsServe as the primary liaison between the company and the clientUpsell additional servicesProvide system training when neededQualifications:Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar roleSolid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPressFamiliarity with software and front-end developmentAbility to understand customer needs and offer timely solutionsExcellent verbal (English) and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTech, sales, and marketing savvy a plusBackground in new home, remodeling, or real estate sales a plusAdditional Details:Location: Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a long-term US-based company.This is a virtual position.Off-shore applicants are encouraged to apply.
