**Position Summary**
In this role the Client Success Services Account Specialist is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of AccuTec's premier accounts, ensuring customer records, and pricing are accurate, and all contractual requirements sold by sales are defined and adhered to.
The Client Success Services Account Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, handling all matters related to client concerns and needs.

**Responsibilities**
- As primary contact, take inquiries, and request from clients and address their needs.
- Manage and maintenance account set up and data updates/changes in both Plex and Salesforce.
- With sales, manage and maintenance account; contracts, renewals, rebates, credits, promotional campaigns, returns, product errors, complaints, and compliance.
- Generate progress reports to give to both internal and external customers that communicate client successes, opportunities, and needs
- Conduct monthly AR review, reconciling and working to resolve past due AR
- Conduct regular client account review meetings with internal team, operations, sales, and finance to ensure targeted performance goals are being met.
- Works with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales team
- Regularly communicates cross-functionally with key constituents, providing status updates on key customer deliverables.
- Regular status updates with Sales manager and Client Success Services manager to discuss progress, recommendations, and new ways to improve the business.
- Manage commerce portal cases and customers for premier accounts
- Where applicable manage customer external portal updates and tracking
- Work with demand planning and allocation manager to; prioritize inventory scheduling and resolve inventory backlogs.
- Contribute to the operations of the business and the attainment of the financial and growth as a member of the client success services premier account team.
- Take, process, and reconcile transactions by EDI, portal, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives (sales/brokers/distributors).
