**Who You'll Work With**:- You'll be based in one of our Spendscape Hubs (San Jose, Costa Rica or Monterrey MX) working with clients and the global Spendscape team of software, analytics, and procurement experts. You will be joining a fast-growing global team working on a cutting-edge platform partnering with clients and client service teams.- Spendscape is a solution within McKinsey's Procurement & Product Development service line that brings technology and services to clients to drive spend transparency, analytics, and insights. Spendscape infuses best-in-class technology and analytics with deep supply-market and category-sourcing expertise.- We are part of McKinsey's global Client Capabilities Network (CCN), which includes more than 1,800 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.**What You'll Do**:- You will drive adoption and satisfaction rates across the Spendscape client base with a particular focus on developing long-lasting relationships between clients and Spendscape. You will support with procurement strategy and help clients build their digital procurement roadmap.- In this role, you will be partnering with clients, cross-functional Spendscape colleagues, and McKinsey client service teams. You will own the full cycle relationship with 15+ clients from onboarding to renewal. You will build a strong and trustful partnership with clients and on operational and C-Level.- You will create a client development plan, including continuously understanding client needs and identifying additional Spendscape modules or features to roll out at the client. You will identify data driven insights and opportunities for clients leveraging the Spendscape solution and deliver ideation workshops to move from insights to action (e.G., value capture). You will organize additional user trainings and update commercial arrangements.**Qualifications**:- Advanced graduate degree with strong academic background required, ideally in engineering or business administration- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in a client Success role within a SaaS environment, preferably with exposure to procurement- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage 15-20 client relationships with a high degree of accountability- Proven track record in managing client renewal lifecycles and conducting contractual negotiations- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)- Strong partnership capabilities with both business development and client service teams- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to dissect issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time
