Client Support Agent

**Responsibilities as a Tier 1**:
Working directly with customers in a non-scripted technical environment:
Contact Businesses by Phone occasionally (outbound calls).
Create and follow-up on trouble tickets.
Meet Team's metrics.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance while remaining calm and focused.
Effectively Communicate Resolution to Customers.
Ability to explain very technical concepts in layman's terms.
**Desired Skills & Requirements**:
**Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)**: Advanced English Fluency.
// Strong typing skills: at minimum 40 wpm.
Effective Multi-tasker.
**Strong technical background**: Experience with troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS.
Interpersonal, Organizational & Listening Skills.
Experience operating in a ticket based support system.
Windows OS environment skills.
**REQUIRED**:
Remote Desktop Connection Task Scheduler/Manager Services Preferred Skills, plus but not needed: Linux environment familiarity.
**Experience with remote connection tools (i.e.
**: LogMeIn).
Technical writing experience.
Various database technology skills (such as MS SQL Server).
Security and Networking experience.
