Making it better will be part of your responsibility.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Monitor our inbox for client communications; respond or direct to the correct person (with a message to that person)- Respond to all clients messages within 30 minutes during regular business hours- Respond to cancellation requests, offering a consultation call, the cancellation link, and solicit feedback and testimonials- Request testimonials- Collaborate with the Account Strategist for upsell strategies- Lead in monitoring the Tawk.To channel during business hours- Send regular messages to clients regarding tasks, account status, completion, etc
