Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Clinic Doctor located in Ciudad Juarez, North Site.
The Clinic Doctor role involves general and emergency medical care, implementation, and coordination of Preventive Medicine Campaigns, perform the Epidemiological Surveillance of Occupationally Exposed Personnel (POE's) to Work Hazards, together with the personnel of SSyMA.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services.
- Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
- Coordinate and supervise for securing the developing of all records, equipment and programs related occupational health services.
- Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety.
- Responsible of operations and human resources to develop operations, programs and services providing content expertise.
- Supervise and ensure the assist with the accidents investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
- Ensure that direct patient care, case management and primary care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
- Health hazard assessment and surveillance of employees' population
- Responsible for direct and indirect supervision of health services staff and enforcement of standards relating to occupational health and preventing health programs.
- Make decisions that can directly impact the health of employees and manages sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Medicine (It is essential to have a degree and ID)
- Experience as a medical in the electronics industry
- Support in the management and administration of the Medical Service and health area personnel (nurses and/or paramedics)
- knowledge of Mexican legislation on Health and Hygiene (IMSS, STPS, SSA, COFEPRIS, ETC.)
- Intermediate
- Advanced English
- Knowledge and experience in filling out forms of Occupational Risks, occupational diseases and Permanent Partial Disabilities between IMSS.
- Experience in the preparation of annual declarations of the work risk premium before the IMSS.
- Health preventive programs (chronic-degenerative, inspection of dining rooms, etc.)
- knowledge in Ergonomics, Medical entrance exams and Occupationally exposed Personnel.
- Epidemiological surveillance
- Knowledge in accident investigation.
- Knowledge of the safety and hygiene commission.
- Experience in Emergency Response Brigades.
- Domain in health metrics and MS Office
- Availability to work in the evening shift.
- Information control - clinical records
- Specialty in Occupational Health (preferred)
- ACLS, PHTLS, BLS o ATLS. (preferred)
