– Remaining up to date with scientific best practices and current medical
literature
– Related experience of minimum three years
– Clinical knowledge of intensive care and neonatal care ventilation
– Clinical Product trainings
– Sales and marketing soft skills
– Carrying out presales demonstrations on products onsite, at
congresses and online
– Support to sales team by providing insights on user habits, needs and
help developing strategies for successful sales outcomes
– Pre-sales product demonstrations online, at congresses and on-site at
hospitals
– Providing regular product trainings to customers, internal sales team
and channel partners
– Implement 'Train the trainer' concept across the regions in India
– Setting up documentation for pre or post customer trainings and help
developing tools likes quick guides, presentations, tutorials etc.
– Guide coordination team to maintain demo inventory by keeping
periodic check on movements, working conditions and configurations.
– Equipment utilization to be monitored with monthly checks
Communicate customer information and problems as well as
opportunities to Technical, Customer and Marketing Support teams
Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance
customer satisfaction
– Organize and participate in congresses and trade shows
– Acquire good product knowledge and keeping up to date with
developments in the Mechanical ventilation field
